THE MCLRC IS A QUASI-GOVERNMENTAL, NON-PROFIT CORPORATION
The mission of the Muskingum County Land Reutilization Corporation is to return land and vacant abandoned properties to a productive use; reduce blight, increase property values, support community land use goals; and improve the quality of life for all county residents.
- To facilitate the acquisition, reclamation, rehabilitation and reutilization of vacant abandoned tax foreclosed and/or other real properties.
- To assist governmental entities and non-profit and/or for-profit entities in the assembly of real property to further the Corporation mission.
- To promote the healthy, sustainable growth and development of Muskingum County and the region.
Regular Meetings are at 8am on the last Tuesday of the month
All meetings are held in the Commissioners Conference Room on the ground floor of the courthouse at 8:00am

There will be a special meeting of the MCLRC Board on 6/19/2020 at 8am in the Commissioner’s Chambers to open bids for the Lear property.

Bids will be accepted from 5/1/2020 until 6/18/2020 at 4:30pm.
Cash Bid: The minimum cash bid for the site will be $28,000. The MCLRC will also reserve future sale rights which will be payable when any of the property is transferred out from the grantee of this transaction in the amount of $1,500.00 per acre.
