As a public office in the State of Ohio, the Rural Ohio Hospital Joint Funding District (the “District”) is subject to the Ohio Public Records Act as provided in Ohio Revised Code Section 149.43 (the “Act”), which Act provides for prompt inspection of public records and requires that copies of existing public records be provided in a reasonable period of time. It is the policy of the District to strictly adhere to the Act.

Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Board of Muskingum County Commissioners, 401 Main Street, Zanesville, Ohio, 43701, until 2:00 p.m., November 21, 2025, and will be opened immediately thereafter for Senior Center Retaining Wall Replacement located at 160 North 4th Street, Zanesville, Ohio. Board of Commissioners will consider submitted Bids at their regular session November 24, 2025.

The Muskingum County Commissioners will accept qualifications from engineering firms for possible upcoming public water and sewer projects for calendar year 2026 within Muskingum County. Therefore, the following Request for Qualifications is being posted for public information for any water and sewer projects. Muskingum County reserves the right to design projects with county employees as needed.

Therefore, the following Request for Qualifications is being posted for public information for Professional Services for Complete Telemetry Rehabilitation and SCADA System Upgrades. Muskingum County reserves the right to design projects with county employees as needed.

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Muskingum County Commissioners until 9:00 a.m. on Monday, December 15th, 2025, and will be opened immediately thereafter at the regular meeting of the Board of Muskingum County Commissioners, 401 Main Street, Zanesville, Ohio 43701, for the provision of meal services to the Muskingum County Jail.

The attached Environmental Assessment (EA) is for a wastewater collection project in Muskingum County which the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency intends to finance through its Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) below-market interest rate revolving loan program. The EA describes the project, its costs, and expected environmental benefits. We would appreciate receiving any comments you may have on the project. Making available this EA and seeking your comments fulfills Ohio EPAʼs environmental review and public notice requirements for this loan program.
