As a public office in the State of Ohio, the Rural Ohio Hospital Joint Funding District (the “District”) is subject to the Ohio Public Records Act as provided in Ohio Revised Code Section 149.43 (the “Act”), which Act provides for prompt inspection of public records and requires that copies of existing public records be provided in a reasonable period of time. It is the policy of the District to strictly adhere to the Act.

The Muskingum County Commissioners intend to amend the Community Development Program for their PY 2026 grant. CHIP is a federally funded program administered by the State of Ohio. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday November 2nd, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Conference Room of the Muskingum County Courthouse at 401 Main Street, Zanesville, Ohio.
