Rural Ohio Hospital Joint Funding District Public Records Policy
As a public office in the State of Ohio, the Rural Ohio Hospital Joint Funding District (the “District”) is subject to the Ohio Public Records Act as provided in Ohio Revised Code Section 149.43 (the “Act”), which Act provides for prompt inspection of public records and requires that copies of existing public records be provided in a reasonable period of time. It is the policy of the District to strictly adhere to the Act.

Sealed bids will be accepted at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Muskingum County, Ohio, at their office in the Courthouse, 401 Main Street, Zanesville, Ohio, until 10:30 a.m. local time on Thursday, May 7th and will be opened immediately thereafter for a bridge replacement over Moxahala Creek on East First Street, MUS-C.R.7-0.09 (ODOT PID 118990) to be constructed with federal funds, administered by the Muskingum County Engineer’s Office. Bidders shall be required to submit a current Ohio Dept. of Transportation Certification of Qualifications, which shows they are currently qualified to perform bridge replacement and related work. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this project.

The Muskingum County Sheriff's Office located at 1840 East Pike, Zanesville, Muskingum County, Ohio hereby gives notice that it is in possession certain unclaimed property. The property consists of a large assortment of coins and foreign paper currency, including United States coins and foreign coins and banknotes from various countries, of differing denominations, compositions, and years of issue, with no identifiable ownership. Due to the volume and mixed nature of the property, an exact itemized inventory is not available. These properties were taken into possession on various dates between the years 1995 and 2025.
