As a public office in the State of Ohio, the Rural Ohio Hospital Joint Funding District (the “District”) is subject to the Ohio Public Records Act as provided in Ohio Revised Code Section 149.43 (the “Act”), which Act provides for prompt inspection of public records and requires that copies of existing public records be provided in a reasonable period of time. It is the policy of the District to strictly adhere to the Act.

Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Board of Muskingum County Commissioners, 401 Main Street, Zanesville, Ohio, until October 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. and will be opened immediately thereafter for the Restrooms Renovation Project located at the Avondale Youth Center, 4155 Roseville Road, Zanesville, Ohio 43701.

BID OPENING: BID PROPOSALS ARE REQUESTED AND WILL BE RECEIVED AS A ''SINGLE LUMP SUM PROPOSAL'' PRIOR TO TIME 2:00 PM (local time) ON DATE THURSDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2026 at the Muskingum County Courthouse, 401 Main Street, Zanesville, Ohio 43701; Attention: Muskingum County Commissioners.
