AUTOMATIC BILL PAYMENT (No Fees)
Automatic Bill Payment is available. The payments will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on the date the bill is due. Download the application, complete the application at your leisure, and then mail or deliver the application and a voided check or copy of bank documentation to the Utilities Office.

ONLINE PAYMENT
Muskingum County Utilities has contracted with Invoice Cloud to provide customers a fast, easy, and safe way to conveniently pay bills online, by phone, or text; go paperless; or request reminders. The portal is now available to all customers with new account numbers. You can view your bill or make a one-time payment without registering. Payment Portal
For access to all services you must register with Invoice Cloud as follows:
1. Go to https://www.invoicecloud.com/muskohutilities.
2. Choose Invoice Type: Utilities. Enter your Account Number.
3. Select the invoices you'd like to pay and click Register Customer.
4. Enter all required information that is marked with a red asterisk (*) and click Complete Registration.
Once registered, you'll be able to re-enroll in AutoPay, sign up for paperless billing, schedule payments, Pay by Text, and more”

Pay by Text
On the go? Sign up to get text notifications about your bill and have the option to pay through text.
You may enroll in Pay by Text when making an online payment or by accessing your account and selecting the Pay by Text option. A confirmation will be sent to complete your enrollment.
AutoPay (With Fees)
Even better – don’t worry about paying your bill at all! Enroll in AutoPay. Your bills will be automatically paid on the due date each billing cycle, using your default credit card or bank account. This will avoid any late fees and free you from having to remember when to pay. Login to your account and click on AutoPay to enroll.
Scheduling Payments
You choose when to pay. Scheduled payments are individual payments that you schedule for any date you designate prior to the bill due date. The date of a scheduled payment can be changed as long as it is adjusted before the date scheduled.
Paperless
Reduce paper clutter and the need to file or shred documents. Go paperless to receive bills, reminders, and receipts via email. You will receive an email notification each time a new bill is ready for you to view and pay.
